We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to co-ordinate & nurture our volunteer team. Shrewsbury Food Hub would be nothing without our fantastic volunteers, so we need the right person to recruit, train & work alongside them; to stop food waste in our town. You will need excellent people skills including being an amazing communicator, listening and providing feedback across the teams, organising events and facilitating meetings. Patience, kindness, a love of the environment along with a sense of humour are all prerequisites for the role!
Hours: 33.75 per week (flexibly worked over 5 days inc. weekend work)
Hourly rate: £10.45 (or £20,378 pa pro rata)
Holiday entitlement: 28days inc. Bank Holidays
