Ingredients
- 3 large handfuls fresh spinach
- 1 pack fresh basil
- 1 pack fresh rocket
- 1 cup toasted walnuts (or your another nut of your choice)
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
- fresh lemon juice to taste (start with tablespoon)
- 1/2 to 1 clove of garlic (to taste)
Method
- Blend together all ingredients
- Loosen with your chosen oil (olive or another vegetable oil to keep it more affordable)
- Season with salt and pepper
- Add a bit more garlic or lemon juice if you need to!
