Ingredients
  • 3 large handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1 pack fresh basil
  • 1 pack fresh rocket
  • 1 cup toasted walnuts (or your another nut of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
  • fresh lemon juice to taste (start with tablespoon)
  • 1/2 to 1 clove of garlic (to taste)
Method
  1. Blend together all ingredients
  2. Loosen with your chosen oil (olive or another vegetable oil to keep it more affordable)
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Add a bit more garlic or lemon juice if you need to!
